Rogue Ohio Power Bar
I have owned the Rogue Ohio Power Bar for almost a decade and it has survived thousands of lifts from me and my clients with very little maintenance. The 29mm shaft is stiff, the power knurl gives you a much more secure grip than a multipurpose bar, and the center knurl helps keep the bar planted on squats.
