ISF Power Rack 90″ 3×3

3×3 Ready To Train
ISF Power Rack 90″ 3×3

The ISF 90″ Power Rack gives you the important 3×3 basics without making you buy the rack’s safety equipment separately. You get 3×3 11-gauge uprights, 5/8″ hardware, Westside spacing, UHMW-lined J-cups, and pin-and-pipe safeties in the package. The tradeoff is a fixed 53x53x90 footprint, a shorter warranty, and a smaller expansion ecosystem than the major modular rack platforms.

Pros:
  • -3×3 11-gauge construction – Serious rack construction at a relatively low current price.
  • -J-cups and safeties included – You are not starting with an artificially cheap frame price and then adding the basic pieces required to train.
  • -Westside spacing – 1″ spacing through the bench/clean zone gives you much better adjustment than coarse 2–3″ spacing.
  • -Heavy rack for the money – ISF lists the rack at roughly 300 lb before optional accessories.
Cons:
  • -Fixed footprint – 53x53x90 is a lot less flexible than rack builders offering several heights and working depths.
  • -One-year warranty – Significantly shorter coverage than several of the premium rack ecosystems we compare against.
  • -Smaller expansion ecosystem – ISF has compatible accessories such as 3×3 spotter arms, but this is not currently the same kind of deep native ecosystem you get from REP, Rogue, Titan, or Bells.
Specs: Uprights: 3×3
Best For: Home gym owners who want a heavy-duty 3×3, 5/8″ rack with J-cups and safeties already included and have enough room for a fixed 90″ tall, 53×53″ footprint.
Skip If: Skip it if you have a low ceiling, need a smaller footprint, or care heavily about building around a huge long-term attachment and cable ecosystem. In those cases, the ISF’s low complete-rack price matters less than getting the right platform from the start.

Main Features

  • 3×3 11-Gauge Steel Construction – The 3×3-inch, 11-gauge uprights give the ISF rack the same basic frame dimensions used by many higher-end modular power racks. Combined with the rack’s roughly 300-pound weight, the frame is substantially heavier than the lighter 2×2 and 2×3 racks commonly found at the budget end of the market.
  • Westside Hole Spacing – The rack uses 1-inch hole spacing through the bench and clean zone. That gives you more precise control over J-cup and safety placement where small adjustments matter most, especially when setting up for bench pressing.
  • Included J-Cups and Safeties – ISF includes UHMW-lined J-cups and pin-and-pipe safeties with the rack. The UHMW lining helps protect the barbell and rack finish, while the included safeties mean you do not need to purchase a separate safety system before using the rack.
  • Multiple Pull-Up Options – The rack includes both fat and skinny rear pull-up bars along with a single front pull-up bar. This gives you several grip and bar-diameter options without requiring another attachment.
  • Band-Peg Compatibility – Band-peg holes are built into the rack for accommodating resistance work. The pegs themselves are sold separately.
  • Floor-Mounting and Stabilizer Options – The rack can be bolted directly to the floor for additional rigidity. ISF also offers it with or without a rear stabilizer, allowing you to choose the setup that makes the most sense for your space and how permanently you plan to install the rack.
  • 3×3 / 5/8″ Accessory Platform – ISF offers accessories specifically designed around its 3×3 uprights and 5/8-inch hardware, including UHMW-lined spotter arms. The rack uses common dimensions, although fit should still be verified before purchasing attachments made for another manufacturer’s rack.
