Force USA G3 All-In-One Trainer

Force USA G3
The Force USA G3 is my value all-in-one functional trainer because it combines a power rack, Smith machine, functional trainer, lat pulldown/low row, landmine, and a big attachment package for around the cost of some standalone cable machines.
Pros:
  • Combines several large gym stations into one footprint
  • Excellent feature count for the price
  • Includes a large attachment package
  • Power rack and Smith machine are both built in
  • Lat pulldown, low row and functional-trainer work are all covered
  • Landmine and storage functions are included
Cons:
  • Assembly is difficult and instructions have frustrated users
  • Weld quality is not premium
  • Uses some plastic construction
  • Not as heavy-duty as Force USA’s more expensive 11-gauge systems
Brand: Force USA
Best For: Home gym owners who want one machine to cover most barbell, cable, Smith-machine, pull-up, and landmine work without buying several separate stations.
Skip If: Skip it if you want premium 11-gauge construction, a simple assembly process, or a machine with minimal plastic components and cleaner weld quality.
