Rogue RM-3 Monster Rack 2.0

Rogue RM-3 2.0
The Rogue RM-3 Monster Rack 2.0 is the compact way into Rogue’s premium Monster ecosystem. You get the same true 3×3 in 11-gauge steel, 1 in hardware, numbered uprights, and Monster attachment compatibility as the larger RM-4 and RM-6, but the shorter 24 or 30 in rack depth cuts the footprint substantially.
Pros:
  • Much smaller footprint than the RM-4 and RM-6
  • Same true 3×3 in 11-gauge frame and 1 in Monster hardware as larger Monster racks
  • Four height options
  • Large Rogue Monster attachment ecosystem
  • Made in the USA with US steel
  • Numbered uprights simplify repeatable J-cup and safety positions
Cons:
  • Must be bolted to the floor before use
  • 24 or 30 in depth gives less working room than a deeper rack
  • 49 in width leaves less barbell sleeve clearance than narrower imported racks
  • No integrated rear storage section
  • Premium price compared with imported 3×3 racks
Brand: Rogue Fitness
Best For: Home gym owners who want Rogue Monster construction and attachments but need a shallower rack than the RM-4 or RM-6 and are comfortable permanently anchoring it.
Skip If: Skip it if you cannot bolt into the floor, want integrated rear plate storage, or need a large working depth. A flat-foot model or larger RM-4 or RM-6 is easier to live with in those cases.
